| No password reset email | Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder. Still nothing: ask an admin which address the club has for you. |
| The site does not know a paper chain | It was probably started after the last update of the club list. Admins add new paper chains every week: try again a few days later. |
| The code on the form cannot be read | Ask an admin: they can see the code on the website. |
| "Entry is locked" | After 5 wrong codes, entry is locked for one hour. Check the chain name and the code, then try again later. |
| A member cannot be picked | They are inactive, paused, out of quota, blocked, or in a country with no postal service from yours. Try another member or a via country. |
| How many chains can I join? | As many as your credits allow. You earn credits by passing covers on, so the more reliable you are the more chains you can take part in. In your profile you set how many chains started by other members you take part in at the same time. Your tier limits nothing: it is a reward for the credits you have earned. |
| I want to be member 2 of my own chain | Pick member 1 first. You then appear at the top of the list, marked "(you)": click Be member 2 myself. With "Draw at random", tick I will be member 2 myself. |
| Your address or name is wrong | Fix it in My profile and click Save. |
